Setting up FooEvents Custom Attendee Fields

  1. Navigate to the event where you would like to add your own custom fields
  2. Under the “Event” settings tab make sure that the option “Capture individual attendee details?” is enabled
  3. New custom fields can be created under the “Custom Attendee Fields” tab
  4. The following input types are supported:
    TextNormal text box
    Text AreaLarge text box
    SelectSelect box
    NEWCheckboxSingle checked or unchecked option (e.g. Agree to Terms & Conditions)
    NEWRadioMultiple options with the ability to select a single option only
    NEWCountryPre-populated list of all countries
    NEWDatePopup calendar/date picker
    NEWTimeTime format
    NEWEmailEmail address format validation
    NEWURLURL format validation
    NEWNumbersNumbers only
    NEWAlphabetLetters only
    NEWAlphanumeric  Alphanumeric characters only

  5. Separate each option with the pipe “|” symbol in the options field e.g.: “Option 1|Option 2|Option 3”
  6. Specify whether a field is compulsory by using the “Required” option
