What is FooEvents Priority Support?
FooEvents Priority Support is a fast track to the front of the line for an unlimited number of priority tickets. Your ticket will be immediately prioritized, ensuring the quickest possible response time during our standard support hours. Our support hours are Monday through Friday, excluding certain public holidays.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I still need a product license when using Priority Support?
Yes. FooEvents Priority Support is a fast-track service and does not provide access to support for plugins for which you do not have an active license. Support will only be provided for FooEvents products with a valid license.
What are your operating hours?
Our dedicated support team typically operates from 10:00 to 22:00 UTC, Monday through Friday, excluding certain public holidays. While we strive to answer all tickets within these hours, any tickets remaining unanswered at the end of the day will be addressed as soon as possible the following business day. Tickets submitted outside of these hours will also be addressed as soon as possible the following business day.
Why should I purchase priority support?
While we strive to answer all tickets as quickly as possible, tickets are typically assigned in the order they are received. If you have an urgent query and cannot wait for the queue of tickets ahead of yours to be processed, priority support ensures that your ticket is prioritized for the soonest possible response.
