1. This offer is only valid from 24-28 November 2025.
2. This offer is available to all customers, including existing FooEvents customers. The discount can be applied when purchasing any plugins and bundles offered on FooEvents.com.
3. To receive the 40% discount, customers must apply the specified Black Friday coupon code at checkout. This offer is valid only during the specified Black Friday promotional period.
4. Existing customers cannot claim refunds on past purchases for the purpose of repurchasing those items using the Black Friday discount. All sales made prior to this promotional period are final.
5. The Black Friday discount cannot be used for license upgrades or renewals. Customers interested in upgrading or renewing existing licenses must do so at standard pricing.
6. Customers with licenses nearing expiration can use the discount for new license purchases. They must cancel their existing license before acquiring a new one through this offer to avoid duplicate licenses. The new license will adhere to the promotional terms, including its start date and duration.
7. Existing customers are welcome to use the discount code to purchase licenses for plugins they do not currently own. This discount applies to each eligible product available during the promotion.
8. Subscriptions purchased through this offer will auto-renew after 12 months at standard renewal rates. Customers may cancel their subscription anytime before the renewal date.
9. This offer is non-transferable and limited to the person who purchases the license using the Black Friday discount code.
10. This discount is exclusive to FooEvents plugins and bundles and cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
11. This offer is valid during the specified promotional period only and will expire at its conclusion.
12. FooEvents reserves the right to alter, suspend, or discontinue this offer at their discretion. FooEvents’ decisions regarding any aspect of this offer are final.
