Who is FooEvents for?
Anyone with a WooCommerce-enabled WordPress website who needs to sell tickets, slots, sessions, admissions or passes should use FooEvents. It is the fastest, simplest way to add robust ticket selling capabilities to your WordPress website.
Can FooEvents be used for large events?
Absolutely. FooEvents has been used by over 10,000 events, some of which have sold over 75,000 tickets.
What languages does FooEvents support?
The FooEvents plugins come bundled with language files for Afrikaans, Catalan, Czech, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch and Portuguese. These translations are available if your WordPress site is set to any of these languages or locales. You can also create your own custom language files.
Do you offer a free trial?

Is FooEvents a once-off purchase?
A subscription entitles you to 12 months of support and updates from the date of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your FooEvents Account, however, you must have a valid subscription or purchase a new one in order to download the latest plugin updates and receive technical support.
What payment methods do you accept?
FooEvents orders are processed securely in US dollars (USD) by our international payment partner Stripe. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB are accepted.
South African customers will be charged in South African rand (ZAR) and payments will be processed securely by Paystack. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Verve are accepted.
PayPal is also a payment option for all countries except South Africa and Canada.
Can the FooEvents plugins be purchased separately?
Yes, the FooEvents for WooCommerce core plugin and the FooEvents extensions can either be purchased as part of a bundle or separately from their respective product pages.
Why isn’t the FooEvents Bookings plugin included in the Premium Bundle?
One of the reasons why the FooEvents Bookings plugin is not included in the FooEvents Premium Bundle is to keep the cost of the Premium Bundle as low as possible. The booking slot functionality in FooEvents Bookings is an extra feature with added value, since the core FooEvents for WooCommerce plugin and FooEvents Multi-day extension focus on events where all attendees attend on the same date or dates, such as a concert or multi-day conference.
Another reason is that FooEvents Bookings and FooEvents Multi-day are intended to be used in different ways. FooEvents Multi-day is better suited to events that span multiple days where all attendees are expected to attend every day. It does not let your customers choose a date, but it works well if you are selling passes because it allows check-ins on more than one day or session. FooEvents Bookings lets your customers choose a specific date and/or time slot.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my FooEvents License?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade an active FooEvents License at any time by logging into your FooEvents Account.
What are the requirements for FooEvents?
FooEvents requires WordPress and WooCommerce to be installed.
Do I need to know how to code to use FooEvents?
No technical skills are required to use FooEvents. FooEvents is easy to install and manage from your WordPress Admin Area.
