We recently released version 1.10.1 of the FooEvents POS plugin. This update introduces the ability to search and view individual ticket details directly in the Orders section of FooSales POS apps.

Here’s how this will help you better manage your events:

  • Quick issue resolution — Staff can search by ticket ID to instantly find the associated order and see key details like ticket type, booking time, or seat assignment—making it faster to resolve questions or check-in issues on the spot.
  • Faster refunds and exchanges — Each ticket is now listed as a separate line item, so it’s easier to refund individual tickets.
  • Better crowd management — For seated or bookable events, staff can quickly verify bookings and seat assignments associated with an order.

Whether you’re resolving a question, issuing a refund, or confirming a booking, the details you need are now easier to find and act on.

Orders are now searchable by ticket ID in the order section

You can now search the orders section in FooEvents POS using a ticket ID, allowing you to quickly locate and manage individual tickets when assisting customers or resolving issues.

Each ticket now automatically appears as a separate line item

Order Item Details

Event and ticket items created through FooEvents POS are now split into individual line items, making it much easier to identify, manage, and refund tickets—especially when a single order includes multiple entries.

Ticket IDs, booking and seating details are now visible in the orders item details tab

When reviewing an order in FooEvents POS, you’ll now see the ticket ID for each item. If the ticket includes booking or seating information, these details will also be displayed. This provides a clear view of what was purchased and makes it easier to match payments to specific tickets—especially helpful when processing refunds.
