Release Notes - 17 April 2023

This week we released updates to the FooEvents plugins that addressed various minor issues and updates to the FooEvents Stationery Builder and Zoom Integration.

FooEvents Stationery Builder

We added support for BOCA printer sizes to the FooEvents Stationery Builder as well as a fourth column to the stationery builder layout.

You can now choose from two supported BOCA printer sizes under Tickets and Wraparound Labels/Wristbands and print the stationery using any suitable BOCA printer (please contact BOCA directly for sales, compatibility and printer support queries):

1 ticket per sheet 5.5″ x 2″ (BOCA Printer)
1 wristband per sheet 11″ x 1″ (BOCA Printer)

Zoom OAuth integration

We have implemented support for Zoom OAuth in preparation for the depreciation of the previously used Zoom JWT app type on June 1, 2023. New FooEvents site installations can simply use the new oAuth integration when connecting FooEvents to Zoom, and existing customers who already use the FooEvents Zoom integration will need to update their current Zoom integration settings before June 1, 2023. Switching over is a fairly simple process and will not affect the functioning or configuration of your existing Events and Zoom meetings/webinars. Please refer to the Migrating from JWT to OAuth section in the Zoom Meetings and Webinars help guide and ensure that you have switched over before June 1, 2023.
